What does Wardith cost?

One service, three stages, plain numbers. You start with a £125 audit, and every stage after that is only worth buying if the one before says so.

Audit

£125 one-off

A written report on where your business currently stands with the major AI assistants — ChatGPT, Google's AI results, Copilot and Perplexity. We ask them the questions your customers ask, record what comes back, and diagnose why. You'll have the report within two working days of us confirming scope and payment.

You get:

  • What each assistant currently says when asked about businesses like yours.
  • What they know and believe about your business, and whether it's accurate.
  • The specific things blocking you, in plain English.
  • Our honest recommendation — including "you're fine, don't spend more money."

Foundation

£750 one-off

The setup that gets you visible, done on the website you already have. It is a fixed piece of work, not an open-ended one: crawler access for the AI systems, structured machine-readable facts about your business, your facts made consistent everywhere they appear online, and two permanent pages answering questions your customers ask. Your audit decides which two.

We'll come back to you within two working days of your payment clearing, with a plan and a date. How long the work itself takes depends mostly on you — how quickly we get access to your website and the information we need. We'll tell you what we're waiting on, and we won't leave you guessing.

Ongoing

from £95 per month

The assistants change constantly, so staying visible is maintenance, not magic. The three levels do three different jobs — hold your position, close the gaps, or get named ahead of your competitors — and you can move between them at any time. What separates them is how many permanent pages we write for you each month, because a page is the part that keeps working after we've written it.

  • Maintain

Holds the position the Foundation built. Every month we ask the assistants ten questions your customers actually ask — five times each, because their answers vary — and send you a short written record: where you appeared, what changed since last month, and which questions you're still missing from. Your business facts stay current, and we fix them when they drift.

    £95 /month
  • Grow

Everything in Maintain, across fifteen questions instead of ten. Each month we take one of the questions you're missing from and write the page that answers it properly, on your own site — yours to keep, working whether or not you stay with us. That's how you go from showing up sometimes to showing up for the things people actually ask.

    £250 /month
  • Lead

For businesses that want to be the first name mentioned, not just a name mentioned. Twenty-five questions a month, and two new answer pages — so you build a body of pages answering what your customers actually ask, faster than anyone in your field. Every quarter you also get a written review of the competitors the assistants are naming ahead of you, and our honest read on why.

The same list, in machine form

These are the prices an AI assistant reads from this page, written in the format those systems are built to consume. It comes from the same numbers as the list above, so the two can't disagree — which is exactly the job Wardith does for clients.

Abridged from this page's structured data — the offers, without the surrounding business details. The prices above are what you pay. Wardith isn't VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add.

Monthly plans roll month to month with no minimum term — tell us before your next payment date and there won't be one. The month you've paid for runs to the end; we don't refund part-months.

Why does the audit cost £125?

Because it's done by hand, for your business specifically. We put your customers' actual questions to each assistant repeatedly — their answers vary run to run, so asking once tells you nothing — and record what comes back, word for word, including every competitor named ahead of you. Then someone reads all of it and works out why.

The report stands on its own. You could act on it yourself, or take it to someone else, and it would still be worth having. We'd rather charge properly for real work than price it as a sales call with a document attached.
